The Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) announced today that it is postponing SLEEP 2020 and transitioning it to a virtual meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of being held in Philadelphia in June, SLEEP 2020 now will be held online Aug. 27-30.
The APSS indicates that it is now accelerating transition plans to make SLEEP 2020, the 34th annual meeting of the APSS, a premier virtual event. Registered attendees will have unprecedented access to both live and on-demand content. Registration and exhibitor/sponsorship information about the first online SLEEP annual meeting will be coming soon.
The SLEEP annual meeting is a joint initiative of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and the Sleep Research Society (SRS).
