Summary
Thin band that is placed in bed under the sheets. USB port for charging. This works with the mobile app to monitor heart rate, RR, and estimate sleep. Mechanism of sleep estimation and categorization is not publically available but may be based on movement sensed by piezo force sensor as well as physiologic changes in HR and RR. Smartphone microphone records ambient noise including snoring. Consumer can input notes to receive suggestions to improve sleep habits.
Claimed Capabilities/Measurements
Measures sleep, snoring, sleep cycles, sleep trends over time, incorporates notes from the day to improve sleep habits.
Mechanism
Heart rate, snoring/ambient noise, movement, respiratory rate, temperature, humidity.
Sensors
Piezo force sensor, capacitive touch sensor, humidity sensor, temperature sensor, microphone (in smartphone).
